2. Client Responsibilities & Ad Spend

Clients are solely responsible for funding direct advertising budgets on networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Our retainers cover technical engineering and ongoing campaign optimization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom tracking scripts, custom UI themes, and optimization blueprints crafted by Media Buyer IT remain protected under standard software intellectual property practices.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, with operations headquartered in Dhaka Cantonment.
